Job description: Operations Manager
• is the contact person between the potential client and the company,
• in charge for Converting personal travel wishes into tailor-made travel proposals for our clients.
• exact calculation of Roundtrips
• local Oman Knowledge is a must - ideally based in Muscat
• candidate must be aware of the market prices of suppliers, such as hotels, tour guides, rental cars, sights
• candidate must be business minded and always on the hunt for new business opportunities
• ensures, that all necessary steps are being taken from the inquiry, booking, execution to evaluation of the tour
• acts as a liaison between the office and the field staff (drivers, guides and freelancers) and works in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team.
• takes care of accounting
• takes care of the office and the staff
• assists in new product development
The candidate, should be an european national, who speaks perfect English and French, ideally spanish too, in writing and speaking.
