Responsibilities:
- Operations Manager is the contact person between the potential client and the company
- In charge for Converting personal travel wishes into tailor-made travel proposals for our clients.
- Exact calculation of Roundtrips
- Candidate must be aware of the market prices of suppliers, such as hotels, tour guides, rental cars, sights
- Candidate must be business minded and always on the hunt for new business opportunities
- Ensures, that all necessary steps are being taken from the inquiry, booking, execution to evaluation of the tour
- Acts as a liaison between the office and the field staff (drivers, guides and freelancers) and works in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team.
- Takes care of accounting
- Takes care of the office and the staff
- Assists in new product development
