• Oversee the assigned sales territory, which means developing an overall sales plan, including strategies and profit goals.
• Perform territory and sales analyses, assessing the results and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
• Set standards and objectives for different outlets and accounts.
• Optimize and oversee operations of the sales team and sub-distributors
• Lead the channel towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
• Oversee the product penetration and visibility in the market.
• Provide a step by step plan to merchandisers to ensure uniformity of displays and maximized visibility
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines.
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
• Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
• Report to senior executives on progress and issues.
• Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
• Visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, address customer needs, build brand awareness, and answer client questions.
• Have a thorough grasp of the Company’s products and offerings.
• Propose promotions and schemes in order to increase sales.
• Gather competitors’ data and activities, and report back to Sales Director for devising action plans.
• Propose and monitor the sales team’s KPI.
