INTERFACE MANAGER
B.Sc. in Engineering or related field and minimum ten (10) years of experience in managing Interfaces in major Oil and Gas Construction Projects (at least 10,000 Workers an multiple Subcontractors) particularly in the Middle East.
• These responsibilities will include set-up of the project interface team, development of the interface strategy, interface management plan, interface management procedure, and development of the supporting tools and systems.
• Ensure that all interfaces between the company's Integrated Project Team and other Contractors and Clients are identified, documented and managed during all stages and phases of the project; FEED, detailed engineering, fabrication, construction and commissioning, start-up, etc.
• Provide relevant expertise within the Project in the area of the Management and, where appropriate, close out, of Interfaces.
• Represent the Project where appropriate to Contractor(s), consulting companies and service providers as appropriate to the needs of the work. It will be necessary for the Project Interface Manager to proactively manage the information and responses relevant to all internal and external interfaces, and it is accordingly expected that the role incorporates a requirement for significant mobility.
