Job responsibilities
• Responsible for all Financial and Accounting activities (GL, FA, month close, Balance sheet reconciliation's etc)
• Do monthly balance sheet reconciliation's for all group company accounts
• Handing Statutory and Internal Auditors
• Maintaining accounting following IFRS
• Dealing with Tax (Direct and Indirect), Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax etc
• Cashflow management
• Monthly closing of books and preparing variance analysis for all significant differences
• Supplier and customer reconciliation's
• Fixed Asset accounting and identification
• Set up policies and process to ease business transactions and maintain adequate control
• Closing all points raised by Internal Audit
Reporting to - GM, F&P
Direct reports - 5
Qualifications - Chartered Accountant with at least 15 years post qualification experience
