JOB SUMMARY
Assist supply chain management for handling cheese cake-both storing, distribution Kuwait market. Assist the management in handling product movements , with accurate data entry works
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes but not limited to following:
Key Performance Area 1: Purchase & Supply Chain for Caribou Coffee
Key Result Activities:
- Prepares Purchase Orders/ Sales Invoices for the customer order and ensures deposit of the cash is collected
- Consistently works towards reducing the cost of the products and sourcing directly from the suppliers for local markets.
- Raises Payments against Invoices
- Provides the stores with necessary product information to sell better.
- Coordinates with drivers on deliveries and ensure the same is communicated to the stores.
- Communicates with product departments the stock issues for local purchases
- Receives cheese cake orders from customers
- Processes and delivers the orders as per customer requirements on Credit/Cash
- Responsible for sourcing out new Supplier & Products
- Negotiates prices for New Products
- Responsible for launching of New Products : Preparing System Update Form + Communicating the info to concerned Departments
- Handles the purchase/handling of Local Items/Suppliers for Product Dept.—
- Fresh Food Items (Full Fat, Skimmed, Lacto Milk, Soy Milk)
- Grab & Go Items
- Recipe Items
- Non-Consumable Items
- Responsible for the purchase of Small ware Items for Ops. Dpt.
- Conducts forecasting for Non Consumable Items.
- Handles Petty Cash
- Handles Items availability for Al Sayer Gift Baskets
- Handles Stores complaints
- Responsible for handling Invoices & Payments for Cheesecake Customers
- Handles the Local Purchases/Suppliers for:
- Agility Warehouse
- Sharq Warehouse
- Acts as the one point of contact for all local vendors.
- Responsible for local sourcing of Caribou Specified items.
- Communicates and updates on approved vendors and approval process of new vendors.
- Supports on Forecasting process.
- Supports in following the order process.
- Works closely and in coordination with Logistics & Finance.
- Recommends par levels of inventory stock,
- Recommends delivery schedules to the stores

Key Performance Area 2: Purchases & Supply Chain for Head Office
Key Result Activities:
- Responsible for the complete Purchase for All Departments in Head Office – including but not limited to:
- All the furniture + Spare parts for Head Office
- Purchase of Equipments, Carpets, Tiles for Projects & Real Estate Department
- Stationary for all Stores + Head Office
- IT Purchases for all Stores + Head Office
- Marketing Purchases for all promotional and non promotional material
- Complete Operations Local Purchases – (This includes bikes, lockers, safes, all petty cash purchases for all Stores + Head Office etc.)
- Purchase of Vehicles for HR Dept.
