• Develop Strategic sales plans of the chains / restaurants under his management {Long term & Short term} to maximize the profits.
• Develop plans for new Openings ( Long term & Short term ) , select the location , participate in conducting the feasibility study , participate in & follow up its establishing in coordination with the top management & New openings dept.,
• Participate in setting / selecting Marketing /promotion plans on annual basis in coordination with marketing dept., to launch /Relaunch the chain products, to maximize the market share & to maintain the excellent image of the chain in the market.
• Develop the local store marketing plans in coordination with marketing dept.
• Develop the home delivery plans {long term + short term} , coordinate with home delivery management team to accomplish the set objectives , analyze the impact of HD as an additional service on the sales targets .
• Focus on customer satisfaction strategies, develop the needed action plans to maintain a high standards of services in all restaurants according to the operation manual.
• Set plans for the additional services to improve the business & maximize the sales
• Participate in Setting products development & new products plans in coordination with the Quality Assurance Department - H.O - to maintain the progress in the business
• Develop a network of effective public relations with the society (governmental Organizations, Participation in the social special events , .....etc., to maximize the sales & to create the brand awareness in the market..
• Monitor the standards of operation (Quality of the products, Hygiene, Quality of services, ... etc) ensure that all operation procedures meet the standards .
• Control the operation costs (production, Labor, losses, supportive materials, .....etc. . to maximize the revenue .
• Ensure the high standards of operation staff in all stores (Quality & Quantity) to meet the business objectives in coordination with Human Resources.
• Conduct the Performance appraisals for all employees under his management on periodical basis as per company policy , Follow up the results & set the corrective actions in coordination with Training dept., & Human Resources Dept., .
• Organize, manage, motivate & develop the teamwork to gather all the efforts towards accomplishing objectives.
• Follow up the training & development programs for the management team , review the progress in coordination with the training dept.,
• Follow up & update any information about the competitor’s position in the market in coordination with marketing dept., which may affect the business plans.
• Review the Restaurants purchasing plans in coordination with Purchasing & stores dept., to make sure that all restaurant’s needs (Tools , Materials , equipment , ....etc., are fulfilled properly & to check the stock level on periodical basis .
