Description:
Sales Manager to follow existing customers and acquire new and will be responsible for growing the business regionally using our references and strength ,prepare sales plans and reports to management.
Responsibilities
• Develop business and achieve growth to reach the sales targets .
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify new opportunities and fully aware of competition status
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering
• Successful previous experience( 5 to 8 years) as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Telecom, ICT, Security Systems and Integrator companies.
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
