1.Understand the project charter completely including ICV.
2. Monitor and control the performance of his teams and review their requirements.
3. Maintain constant contacts with Sr. Engineers to anticipate and assist to close CRMs,
CMMs, PPM needs and work orders within PAEW schedule.
4. Communicate with HSE, QMS & ICV managers as well as site supervisors to assure
safe implementation of works within high quality.
5. Coordinate and follow up site’s requests with procurement, projects, contracts, HR
and fleet departments to assure perfect O & M works.
6. Maintain good relations with PAEW operation, QMS and HSE teams.
7. Attend meetings with client and submit MOMs to Operation Manager.
8. Visit sites and maintain good work environment among all teams.
9. Work within AMI & PAEW work procedures and assure efficiency.
10. Coordinate with projects’ coordinators and develop a “milestones tracking checklist”
to assure availability of all data for invoicing on time.
11. Draft “Warning letters” for employee who deserves punishment and send to HR for
official issuance.
12. Plan, anticipate, monitor and control all actions done by teams to achieve the target
of “ZERO INCIDENT, ZERO PENALTY & 100% KPIs.
13. Review and approve/sign all materials’ requests and petty cash bills of his region.
14. Sign the time cards and Employee Performance Evaluation forms.
15. Review technical status reports of certain assets and submit to Operation Manager.
16. Review and send the monthly progress report to Operation manager.
17. Participate in development and improvement of O & M procedures, emergency
response plans and more.
18. Carry out any other mission given by OM or/and GM.
