Key Job Responsibilities and Role:
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Prepare and take ownership of the annual business plan and budget.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Building a strong relationship with consultants and keep a good reputation.
• Handles and resolves customer complaints; analyzes customer needs and offers and implements adapted solutions (this may include any aspect of field support)
• Calculating client quotations, administering client accounts and documenting their technical environment.
• Analyzing costs and sales;
• Preparing reports for management on a regularly basis;
• Ensuring that sales targets are met and coordinating sales projects.
• Assisting technical team (engineers and technical managers) in executing projects and technical work, commissioning, SAT and obtaining client approvals, drawing review, BOQ preparations, site survey and drawing preparations.
• Collect market data regarding customers, projects and competitors in order to ensure that the company is updated on the latest developments.
• Assist in securing payment from customers.
• Product documentation management (datasheet, certificates)
• Knowledge for all major products and vendors such as (CommScope, SIMON, Schneider Electrical,Avaya, Alcatel Lucent, HPE, Aruba, Televes etc )
