Job Description
• Should have worked directly or indirectly with any of the top 10 tyre manufacturers in the world, preferably with an experience within the region.
• Work along with the sales force on a daily basis
• Analysis of distribution and look at opportunities
• Quantification of sell out potentials
• Conduct SWOT analysis
• Synthesis of customer expectations
• Proposal for ideas and solutions
• Changes in work methods & tools
• Defining strategies for targeted customers
• Ensure both quantitative & qualitative objectives are met
• Monitoring actions and budgets
Educational Qualification and experience - A Graduate with a minimum of 8 - 15 years' experience in the Tyre Industry.
