Job Summary:
Key accountabilities involves account receivables, dealing with banks, general ledger, payments, reconciliation and perform other related accounting function within the various financial system.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Posting of manual receipts - both cash & cheques and applying the same, identifying discrepancies and highlighting with sale and collection team in order to check and resolve with customer.
2. Monitoring bank transaction, Posting the online transaction, cheque return and bank charges etc.
3. Providing customer statement of accounts as per the customer requirements.
4. Follow up with sales team and the collection agency (If any) to ensure the timely collection of AR. Review AR ageing for respective region/channel.
5. Handling of Petty cash
6. Sales order booking as per agreement (FOC).
7. Stock count and reconciliation every month.
8. Customer's balance confirmation at least once in a quarter (for major accounts, to be confirmed on monthly basis)
9. Month End Work (as per timelines) Customers Credit Memo's preparation, rebate and rental calculations, posting credit memos in system etc. Reconciliation of Rebate & Rental for UAE along with GL and providing Rebate & Rental table to upload in MM. Passing other JV’s and finalizing books of accounts.
10. Reconcilingbank accounts
11. GL Reconciliation : AR related GL reconciliation.
12. Dealing with banks for various banking facilities.
