Purpose:
A part of the service team that helps the warranty administrators to effectively complete their tasks
Summary of the Job Role:
To update warranty claims and maintain necessary documentation
Key Outputs:
- Prepare vouchers for goods received and parts issued
- Ensure claims are submitted on time
- Update warranty claims on MHD and principals’ systems
- Reconcile statements after receiving credit
- Assist in preparing weekly reports for management
- Assist in internal auditing and principal claim processing
