- 10+ years of experience in IT Services Industry.
- Managing SW Development and Delivery Projects in Traditional and Agile Delivery Models : Team size of 50+ developers.
- Have experience to manage projects spanning remote delivery centers.
- Must Have : PMI certification or PRINCE2 or Agile Scrum Master or demonstrate the experience relevant and equivalent of the same.
- Financial Acumen – To plan and manage Scope, Cost, Resource, Schedule and Quality of Projects and clearly demonstrate the same from past experience.
- Communication and Reporting – Stakeholder management and strong communication skills
- Project Governance – Must have established governance in his past project delivery organization.
