Looking for a Shop Manager (Fragrance & Perfumes) who has experience in selling Arabic and Oriental perfumes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve the overall sales targets for the shop
- Set and monitor sales targets for sales team
- Managing and motivating teams to increase sales
- Evaluate the performance of the employees
- Overseeing recruitment and training of staff
- Organizing sales promotions and in-store events
- Dealing with queries, complaints and feedback from customers
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
- Maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring competitors
- Controlling budgets and costs
- Keeping track of stock and ordering
- Managing the shop POS system
- Keep files, records and sales reports
- Receipt of products and clearance from customs if need
- Insure the highest level of customer service
- Solve any obstacles facing employees and clients
- Distribute products within the shop and supervision of their arrangement
- Coordinate with the management of the mall any administrative activities
- Report any defects in the manufacture of the products or errors in the pricing system
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report
- Prepare periodic inventory report
- Prepare a monthly report on new products
- Prepare a monthly report on the visitors' activities in the shop
- Prepare a monthly report on employees’ performance
- Prepare a monthly report on the best-selling products
- Prepare a daily, weekly and monthly inventory report
- Providing reports to senior management
