Job Purpose
Primarily responsible for supervising the sales operations of the sales team. Direct, support and motivate the team in areas of sales, revenue generation and cost control. Coordinate with new and existing clients, external vendors and agents. Work with the team to ensure that sales quotas and additional team goals are consistently met.
Main Tasks & Accountabilities
• Implement sales strategies to produce high performance results
• Prepare monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Area Sales Manager
• Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
• Resolve customer problems as needed.
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Build new customer base to maximize sales
• Assist in planning special sales promotions, campaigns, displays and events
• Recruit and trains new staff
• Communicate expectations clearly
• Schedule work shifts
• Organize regular meetings to empower and motivate team
• Maintain an efficient work environment
• Undertake steps to maintain discipline
Education Level – Minimum Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field. Sound knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional Qualifications
• MBA (Sales/Marketing/Business) a plus
Work Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience
