Needs to gather all information on the dealer / fleet cards
End User visit needs to perform vehicle inspection To deduct tyres to be changed To suggest right tyre To follow up performance of tyres To conduct air pressure check and advise right pressure
Vehicle Inspection reports to be submitted capturing information about brand, size, mismatch, inflation, alignment issues, puncture, etc. along with visit summary to management
Follow up performance of tyres and share good results with customers. Support his argumentation with booklets, leaflets provided by the company
Performance results (final and intermediate results). To share the available information to help client take right decision
Communication on pricelist, discount structure, schemes, stock list to be shared to dealers timely
Quantitative and qualitative selling
To collect and send market information
Number of information’s received by the management
To organize work efficiently in order to achieve sales and collection objectives
