Our client is now recruiting for a QC Manager. You will be directly reporting to the Reports to the Head of QA&QC
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring of manufacturing Process activities and liaison with Production department for any Quality issues
• Approves of all in process reports and analyze the inspection status
• Ensures that all inspection and testing activities and controlling inspection, measuring and test equipment are controlled.
• Reviews/Approves Inspection and test plan.
• Provides quality awareness to all Shop floor QC Inspector and operator.
• Ensures that Quality system maintained and all process in line with the procedure and work instruction
• Plan and maintain required resources are in place to perform Quality control activities.
• To ensure a safe working environments with elimination of all potential safety hazards at the work place
• Handling third party inspection agency and client.
• Review of ITP and QAP for bare and coated pipes.
• Managing shop floor and documentation activities for release of product on time
