To carry out the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of all Mechanical (Rotary and Stationary) Equipment in a timely and Safe manner for a CCGT Power Plant.
Able to perform corrective Mechanical Maintenance for all Power Plant Stationary and Rotary Equipment located in a CCGT Power Plant as assigned by Mechanical Team Engineer / Supervisor.
Carry out inspections as per daily maintenance schedule; attend defects, breakdowns, including the repairing and calibration of Mechanical Equipment.
Conduct disassembling and assembling of Mechanical Equipment and of Gas turbine, Steam Turbine for repairs/rehabilitation.
Hands on experience of valves, Pumps, Compressors, piping, Pressure safety valves, control valves, Air cooling condensers, cooling water tower etc.
Well versed with working on Boiler Equipment.
Work as a good General fitter, facilitation of fabrication and welding.
Shall have working experience Pump overhauling, assembly and dis assembly procedure, etc.
Familiarize working with Gas and Steam Turbine system and work as reported by Mechanical Supervisor.
Able to work on Valve overhauling Maintenance works.
