Key responsibilities include:
Structure and manage a sales team to achieve organization’s sales revenue targets.
Continuous enhancement of company product portfolio
Achieving KPI’s set by the top management.
Develop and manage distributors’ sales channels, existing & new distributors to ensure covering market demand across Oman.
Explore market development in each segment and strategize the offering responding to that development.
Coordinate with top management to build country strategic plan.
Review and monitor effectiveness of such strategies with the sales team to ensure that changes in market conditions are incorporated in the plans and objectives
Follow up clients & customers to ensure satisfaction
Support P&L performance.
