. Visit customers based on existing list/develop new customers based on projects/ sanad list to generate enquiry
• To evaluate the customer requirement carefully, spec and quote the product and bag the order and execute the order on time and economically to maximise the profit. Sales finance arrangement/ Delivery/documentation
• To follow up with other parties involved in the completion of the finance/credit approval/invoicing for delivery
• To ensure completion of documentation along with delivery for payment collection. Customer Management
• To track the leads and actively pursue potential customers with the aim of sales performance.
• To collect and update project information and competitor information on a monthly basis. Complaint Handling
• Attend to customer complaints directly or by coordination with After-sales.
