ROLE OBJECTIVES
To lead and direct the effective management of Information Technology and Supply Chain functions in accordance with policies and guidelines, and provide strategic direction in order to support and facilitate the achievement of business objectives and ensure the sustainable development of the company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop the Strategy and Execute to achieve Company goals
Develop the department’s long-term and short-term goals and objectives
Prepare and recommend the department budget
Monitor financial performance versus budget to keep track of costs and efficiencies
Champion the process of effective leadership to raise employees’ awareness
towards vision, strategy and values
Oversee the development and implementation of the department’s policies, processes and procedures
Review systems, processes and ways of working and recommend effective solutions to improve the efficiency of the company.
Oversee the day-to-day operations and report on a regular basis to the CEO on the operational activities
Contribute to the development of Corporate Governance reporting systems, mitigate and control bossiness risks
Plan and direct the Information Technology function providing the right business solutions and technology adaptation
Oversees contract coordination activities in order to ensure policies and procedures adequately meet requirements for both the immediate short term situation and the foreseeable future.
Leads the overall security measures around tender documents sent by different departments within the company including legal and technical BOQ and any other related documentation so that tenders’
confidentiality terms are protected.
Oversees the Inventory and Warehouse strategies implementation.
