Job Description:
Lead and Manage the Turnkey Developer tender - evaluation of the prospective Bidders and for the Client - to assess the ability of the Bidder to provide a possible turnkey/ end to end solution.
Office Renovation Works, Concept Design, with ID and FFE
Managing a complete office refurbishment project namely fit-out, interior design works and FFE. Design should reflect the modern working practices and technological advancements in telecommunications. Maximizing internal layouts, most cost effective design and must be a future proof design – work to be completed in 2019.
Building Management System & Integrated Workplace Management Systems
Upgrading the day to day operation of the Facilities Management and Building Management function.
Project Management Consultancy
Client will run a separate RFP for this requirement to support the project manager in the evaluation of bids from the various projects as stated.
Fire Engineering
Managing the consultancy services for a complete overview of the fire detection and fighting system; which shall be designed and installed by the Fit Out Contractor.
Expected to advise on the local conditions, design of the Project, issuance of the relevant certificates for building occupation, integrating with the design team/vendor to ensure the design meets the local ROP Fire Regulations and international best practices. Including managing post contracts, site inspections, testing & commissioning. Coordination with the Final Public Authority of Civil Defense Occupancy Permits.
Tendering and contracting
After budget approval the project manager should manage the end-2-end tendering process and negotiate the design and afterwards all required work and goods, deliverables, acceptance criteria and timeline to contract ready to sign. The project manager shall guide and advice Client in selection and evaluation of designs, materials and contractors.
Supervision
The project manager shall coordinate and supervise all project activities, manage all contractors against SLA and KPI (including timeline) until acceptance and guide Client through the acceptance process.
