Allocate monthly targets (based on business plan) to team; Understand issues in branches such as low-sales, process compliance, administration issues etc; Conduct PDCA analysis; Intervene in areas related to process, audits, sales etc; Provide guidance and corrective actions to resolve issues; Coordinate with other functions to resolve bottle-necks; Assist branches in converting high-value prospects / deals; Collect data from market on market-ruling price; Provide feedback to Procurement on case-to-case basis; Negotiate prices with customers; Support team in closing deals in order to increase TBA sales to new and existing customers
