POSITION: Fitness Manager
SALARY: up to 10,500 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
INTERVIEW DATE: SATURDAY, JULY 27 from 1 PM to 4 PM
INTERVIEW LOCATION: CASSELLS HOTEL, AL BARSHA 1 (1-minute away from Sharaf DG Metro Station)
Please follow signage directions upon your arrival to the hotel to be guided to the right interview area
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to any nationality
Female, 40 years old and below
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be First Aid Certified, and degree holder in Sports Science is preferred
With training courses in Team Management, Leadership skills, Problem solving, etc. are desirable
Minimum 5 years of GCC experience as a team leader and in personal training, preferably from a 5-star facility within the Fitness/Wellness/Hospitality industry
With knowledge of, and implement compliance of Occupational Health and Safety procedures
Must be physically fit
Should possess sound customer service, business, management, sales and marketing skills
Good problem solving, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Well-rounded in using gym equipment
To plan, design, implement and review tailored routines and personal training programs to achieve fitness goals
To effectively manage and drive the fitness team (Floor Assistant, Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Floor Manager) within the health clubs
To successfully meet all KPI's and fitness budgets and contribute to brand growth and business profitability
To ensure the fitness and product standards are followed and executed by the fitness team
To monitor and review member's needs, gym floor activities and personal training service
Fluency in spoken and written English language is a must and knowledge of Arabic will be definite plus
