-Design/Develop and implement forms, workflow and reports in project / programs’ PMIS (Project Management Information System) which is typically either Oracle Unfiier, PMWeb or -Aconex, and provide comprehensive progress updates to the PARSONS PMIS Lead and/or Project Manager.
-Identify opportunities for improved, particularly in terms of efficiency, workflows in respect of both Engineering and Business (incl. Project Management, Controls, etc) processes.
Work with Project / Program management to implement any corrective / improvement measures.
-Support other managers in the definition and creation of their requirements, workflows, forms and reports;
-Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
-Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
-Ensure all design/developed and implemented in accordance with RC and contract requirements.
-Ensure all work is undertaken in accordance with the contract and any potential changes identified and recorded, documented and (if executed) notified to the client, and the necessary approvals sought, in advance.
