- Supervise Direct Reports for sales accountings such as booking sales invoices, booking cash receipt, and booking deductions
- Supervise Direct Reports for purchase accountings such as following-up undelivered invoices, checking correctness and booking purchase invoices, booking and processing payments, and monitoring and applying purchase payments
- Supervise Direct Reports for fix asset accounting such as maintaining fixed asset register and booking depreciation.
- Supervise Direct Report for their keeping track of cash balances in bank accounts, forecasting short term cashflows and ensuring fund availability, and reconciling cash balances in bank accounts with book balance, and following-up/clearing outstanding items
- Supervise Direct Report for their updating monthly accruals and passing entries
- Prepare monthly management accounts
