Enhance profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programs
Ensures compliance with health and safety legislation
Maintains customer service standards
Plan, design, implement and review tailored routines and personal training programs to achieve fitness goals
Manage and drive the fitness team within the health clubs
Ensures the fitness and product standards are followed and executed by the fitness team
Monitor and review member's needs, gym floor activities and personal training service
