Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading media groups with big brands in print, digital, video and radio in Muscat, Oman. Our client is looking to hire a experienced
<b>"Bilingual Creative Art Director - Arabic / English"</b> who can work independently as part of their expansion plans and provide ideas, create the overall design to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and be responsible for the visual style. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan and artwork delivery. You will have support from the group's graphic designer for simple adaptations.

<br />The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of their projects both visually and essentially to meet business expectations and drive sustainable growth. The client is open to considering someone who can write and design unique and well-crafted English/Arabic copy and artwork independently.
<br />Conceive and implement visual concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
<br />Collaborate with team to obtain knowledge of the business requirements
<br />Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
<br />Ability to write and design unique and well-crafted copy is desired but not a requirement
<br />Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas
<br />Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
<br />
<br />
<b>NOTE : NOC from current/last employer is required for Candidates employed in OMAN & applying for the opportunity</b>
<br />
<br />RequirementsProven experience as a creative art director or in a similar creative role
<br />Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
<br />Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
<br />Outstanding Arabic & English communication skills
<br />Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
<br />BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset
<br />
