§ Align the country’s strategy with the company’s vision, mission, values and strategies
§ Assist in setting targets, evaluate situations and adapt accordingly
§ Achieve the set short and long term financial returns targets set by the General Manager
§ Assist and solve difficult situations
§ Adjust tactics in line with the company’s strategy allowing to reach and/or exceed the set targets
§ Follow the company’s strategic directions and offer recommendations based on thorough studies and market situation
§ Maintain a climate of open and transparent communication with the Head Office and promptly take actions when needed
§ Maintain the company’s image in every interaction with employees, clients, governments, community, organizations and third parties
§ Maintain and develop relationship with all external parties
§ Measure results compared to set targets and budget and adjust accordingly
§ Put in place the annual country’s budget to be approved by the Head Office
§ Work with the several teams and through the teams to achieve set goals
