Your Role: You will be responsible for preparing business plans and handling the business reviews, periodic reviews. Manage your team by training them on route planning, collections procedure, customer management product handling etc which would help to achieve the objectives. With market knowledge and deep insights, strategize on plans to gain market share and lead to both. Responsible for formulation of the Sales Annual Operating Plan, ensuring the implementation of business plan and strategy while aligning the company’s vision would be the major responsibilities. Additionally, setting the team's KPIs, objectives and action plans and creating an environment which would lead to improved service level delivery across accounts. Take up the challenge of driving growth and helping the company reach higher levels of success and performance.
