Although the Sales Team Leader’s primary role is to oversee the sales team, they will often assist the Property Manager with sales strategy, development and implementation. This includes expanding the customer data base and ensuring the Company maintains a strong presence in the market.
To achieve sales targets and business growth, the Sales Team Leader has a working knowledge of their industry’s climate and competition to effectively implement the sales strategy.
