➢ Preparation of monthly/Quarterly MIS and annual accounts within the stipulated time frame.
➢ Supervising day to day operations of accounting and responsible for AR, AP, Payroll, Fixed Assets and Inventory management. To handle the complete accounts department and their employees.
➢ Should know all the latest accounting laws and procedures
➢ To coordinate with the heads of other departments
➢ To come up with financial solutions to improve profits and consultative with other departments on cost reduction initiatives.
➢ To check the Project Costing thoroughly and will have a say in the pricing of products/services.
➢ Using various software applications, such as spreadsheets, Ppt, ERP etc… to format data for accounting and reporting purposes.
➢ Preparation and monitoring funds flow, Bank reconciliations and cash flow statement.
➢ Develop and maintain Internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
