Implementation of HR policy to keep Human resources function fully compliant with Omani Labor Law and other applicable regulation and rules.


 Support, plan & manage and implement the Human Resources policy of the company.


 Support, develop the annual departmental strategic plan covering all aspects of the department's work, and deliver the plan


 Support, develop and recommend required modifications in the Departmental policies and procedures.


 Provide adequate leadership to the HR work force.


 Responsible for developing a culture which is target and performance oriented


 Assist in recruiting, developing, maintaining and updating human resources for the business of the company.


 Implanting of HR Policy and Procedures


 Ensuring achievement of KPI in respect of HR function including Omanisation


 Maintaining Record of all HR & Admin related documents and records
