Implementation of HR policy to keep Human resources function fully compliant with Omani Labor Law and other applicable regulation and rules.
Support, plan & manage and implement the Human Resources policy of the company.
Support, develop the annual departmental strategic plan covering all aspects of the department's work, and deliver the plan
Support, develop and recommend required modifications in the Departmental policies and procedures.
Provide adequate leadership to the HR work force.
Responsible for developing a culture which is target and performance oriented
Assist in recruiting, developing, maintaining and updating human resources for the business of the company.
Implanting of HR Policy and Procedures
Ensuring achievement of KPI in respect of HR function including Omanisation
Maintaining Record of all HR & Admin related documents and records
