JOB PURPOSE:
The role is primarily to support the Product Manager by management of official OMASCO/HONDA pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & other social media platforms and works in tandem with the outside appointed social media agency . This job role will have to ensures the latest information is available on these social sites and will also have to oversee execution of events –Motor show, Launch events, Mall display & Test Drive events etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Product Manager by uploading the latest Marketing Offers, information on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter pages of Honda including other social media
Assist the Product Manager with the Fortnightly updates on the Social Media -Facebook, Instagram & Twitter pages
Assist the Product Manager by answering the queries of Fans on the Social Media -Facebook, Instagram & Twitter pages after consultation with relevant departments
Sharing the Important information on Social Media with branches and with the team
Assist the Product manager by overseeing the execution of events –Motor show, Launch events, Mall display & Test Drive events
Ensure continuous appropriate PR activities are posted on the social media.
Ensure that all Print PR coverage are saved in an archive folder and all the latest images of Honda models (received from Honda) are saved in a master folder for posting on Social media sites and for future reference
JOB CONTEXT:
The role acts as the focal point for assisting the Product Manager by managing the official social media sites Facebook, Instagram & Twitter and working closely with the outside appointed social media agency and overseeing the execution of events e.g. Motor Shows, launch events, Mall Displays & test drive events.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:
2 to 3 years’ experience handling similar position preferably in an Automotive industry.
