Set Salon Standard on Hair styling quality as per company set up
Monitor all hair services operations to the high level of quality and hygienic standard as per company guidelines
Analyze patron’s hair and other physical features to determine and recommend beauty treatment or suggest hair styles
Cut, trim and shape hair or hairpieces, based on customers’ instructions, hair type and facial features
Suggest products to the customers to buy for hair care
Salon ambassador for generating and maintaining professional relationship to customers and co - employees
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
