Products like Kyocera Document Solutions digital Copiers, Printers, Faxes, a complete range of Hardware from Fujitsu, Dell & EMC including Servers, Desktops, Virtualization, Datacenter Solution, Enterprise solution & Integration, LAN/WAN solutions, Enterprise & Desktop Security products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate has proven GCC experience with similar brand and products, mainly currency counting devices. The focus in this role is on Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Government (B2G).
Main responsibilities:
· Developing a solid and trusting relationship with major accounts;
· Developing a complete understanding of key account needs;
· Anticipating key account changes and improvements;
· Managing communications between key clients and internal teams;
· Strategic planning to improve client results;
· Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance;
· Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling;
· Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, etc;
· Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines;
· Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients, main focus is B2B and B2G;
