Role & Responsibilities:
· Provide first Aid Treatment and immediate to all employees at the site.
· Provide immediate treatment to minor injuries.
· Issue preferences if further treatment is required.
· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly medical record report to the management.
· Provide daily information on medical treatment to SH&E department.
