EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree/ Certificate Course in Graphic Designing, Fashion Designing, Textile Designing or equivalent
Minimum 4 years’ experience in print designing
Strong experience in print designing software such as (Lectra Modaris, Coreldraw, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
Experience of womenswear clothing
Knowledge of prints, fabric type, and texture and print and textile techniques
Creative and detailed-oriented
Excellent communication skills, print designing and visualization skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Research on Fashion trends and customer’s lifestyle
Analyze the fabric and print preferences/demands of customers on the website
Research on fabric and color trends of womenswear in the market
Plan and decide the color, design, and texture on the fabric as per the theme
Work closely with Design Manager & Senior Designer to be aligned and achieve the goals defined
by management for design department
Present prints concepts for different fabrics and themes
Design different types of prints for selected fabrics, using mood-board direction and research
discovered
Work with Design team and Merchandiser for selection of suitable fabrics for prints
