Manage the Fleet & Garage operations by regular monitoring and cost-optimized maintenance, providing high reliability of all assets in time with a high internal & external customer satisfaction.
Ensure availability of vehicles at all depots and HO on a daily base all over a year
Sustain Fleet cost optimization and service providing targeted availability
Develop standards, operating policies and procedures for smooth operations of fleet and garage
Training and development of department staff.
Fuel handling station and garage layout and design
Develop local support for Fleet at all depots as per the AOP plan
Knowledge and compliance with Internal and external Audits
Selection and design of truck with the changing business needs
Coordinate with Spare Parts suppliers,Leasing and Servicing Companies and Government Authorities
