Should assign daily preventive maintenance activity to technician –Mechanical and Electrical
Maintain Critical spares inventory in engineering store for maintenance.
Coordinate with technician on daily basis for feedback for spares requirement and shutdown plan for preventive maintenance.
Get quotes for spares from local supplier for require parts as and when require and raise Purchase requisition in ERP system after approval from Maintenance manager.
Coordinate with Production Officer/Supervisor for planning of daily/weekly preventive maintenance activity and report to maintenance manager.
Can able to make basic 2D/3D drawing of equipment in AutoCAD 2000.
Do follow up with purchase department to get PO of raised PR and coordinate with supplier for on time delivery of parts.
Taking everyday utility consumption reading of water, electricity, gas and keep its record and report it to maintenance manager.
Coordinate with maintenance manager for major overhauling of equipment/up gradation of existing equipment for better plant performance.
Aware of basic factory safety standard rules and regulation.
