Under the direction of the Facility Services Head, assist in ensuring that the agreed
standard of service delivery on day-to-day reactive maintenance and planned and
routine maintenance is applied throughout the Group’s and Associates’ properties, all in
accordance with the Group’s Procedures and the department’s objectives.
2. Ensure properties are maintained to agreed standards and Health & Safety issues are
addressed promptly.
3. Carry out duties and responsibilities in the geographical areas delegated by the FSH
Planned and Routine Maintenance:
1. Assist in the procurement of Group’s planned works program in line with a
comprehensive maintenance check-list complying with all necessary legislation.
2. Carry out such technical assessments prior to instruction of work as might be
necessary.
3. Ensure that a Works Order is raised for all work instructed and authorized in
accordance with the Group’s agreed procedures.
4. Regularly supervise/monitor work performance, dealing with any issues.
5. Responsible for the carrying out of annual property inspections, and in meeting the
Group’s planned maintenance program.
6. Such other duties, relevant to the level of the post, as may be required in accordance
with the needs of the department and/or the Group.
