Position Details-
Profile - Warehouse Team Leader
Types of Requirement: RAW MATERIAL / FINISHED GOODS
Reports to-Warehousing & Logistic Manager
Location- Oman
Salary: OMR 675
Education- Minimum bachelor degree in Business / Marketing
Resources and time management skills
Do all system transactions on time and accurately and compliant with control policies and procedures
To supervise warehouse operations based warehousing standards to ensure that the warehouse contains only high quality fresh products ready to be loaded into sales trucks and trucks go to market on time to sell in safely manner.
Plan staff availability in shifts and control employees working hours, break plans & overtime as per budget.
Monitor loading accuracy and implement action plans to support time to sell.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical count and eliminate variances based on setting action plans.
