- Responsible as Design, Estimation, Sales & Service Coordination Support function for Commercial Kitchens, Laundry & Refrigeration.
- Work in close coordination with existing Sales & support function team.
- Responsible for pre/post consulting designs & offer required support to sales channel for customer enquiries, orders & projects.
- Extend technical coordination support between Sales & Service.
- To maintain documentation, records of previous project designs & manufacturer’s technical library.
- Update relevant reports in suitable form of soft / hard files / folders & Summary reports for review.
- Timely response to enquiries / tenders with appropriate design proposals for relevant sales to follow ups with customers for order conversion.
- Ensure compliance to company policies & guarded with confidential documentation of the company & comply with procedures in the business process.
