Managing the entire Digital Business of the company right from E-Store Management to Digital Marketing and closing sales through fulfilment.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns towards Organizational sales objectives
- Manage Business case & strategy of Organizational Digital Sales & Last Mile Delivery business to ensure the projects will be of added value to Company
- Leading and managing the entire Digital Business of the company right from E-Store Management to Digital Marketing and closing sales through fulfilment
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
- Proactively identify changes in Telecom Business and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies
