- Manage the day to day operations of the finance department
- Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
- Review corporate and personal income tax returns to ensure accuracy
- Preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to management
- Lead the budgeted process for the organization.
- Analysis of company performance to budgeted with explanations provided for variances
- Oversea and manage the accounts receivables and payables
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Lead the team and liaise with both internal and external audits, ensuring that audits are completed timeously and efficiently
- Ensuring that proper policies and procedures are implemented and updated for the Finance Department
- Providing relevant financial information to various departments
- Lead the team for the calculation and preparation of all related tax requirements
- Manage the process for cash flow analysis and review
- Manage the process for the daily collection of cash takings from stores
