About the Client:
The hiring company is a high profile family in Sultanate of Oman
Job Role:
Able to plan menus, develop recipes in line with the family food preference
To create clean, tasty International dishes, Thai, Asian, Arabic, Healthy food, Gluten free, Vegan dishes
Responsible to cook for the family, comprising of 12 members and also at times to cater for guests
Expected to cook a wide range of meals with high level of professionalism, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, for 6 days per week and during any events
Supervise the quality of dishes prepared inside the kitchen and ensure the meals are served in the most professional manner, appealing to the family member
Required to plan weekly menus in advance by consulting with family members
Accountable to maintain kitchen groceries and order items for the kitchen within the required limits through proper pre-established channels
