Overview
The Sales Operations /Order Support Executive is responsible for actively following up on all orders placed to ensure accurate acknowledgements and prompt order shipment information. Perform on-going effective and courteous communication with our internal team.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and edit orders if necessary for errors, discrepancies or omission of information.
- Monitor order status (Shipping, Booking, and Confirmation).
- Communicate with Account Coordinator and/or Sales regarding corrections and clarifications requiring their input.
- Provide Receiving PO/SO numbers for all incoming orders to operations and sales team.
- Responsible for verification of all orders; ensuring orders are received and shipped on time.
- Ensure status on all open orders is monitored on a regular basis via the system dashboard.
- Confirm all acknowledgements daily.
- Collaborate to provide revenue support, including: pipeline analysis, tracking operating expense and headcount, assisting with transaction processing, etc.
- Enhance and maintain a core set of standard reports that meet the needs of the business.
- Produce regular reports to an agreed frequency.
- Drive the enhancement of data quality and integrity as appropriate.
- Responsible of loading vendor rebates and special deals in the local system
- Creating new part numbers when the vendor pricelists get updated every quarter
- Intercompany sales and purchase transactions
- Creating pro forma invoices for potential orders
- Sending licenses/contract copies to partners
- Responsible for reversals and re-billings
