Duties & Responsibilities:
The client is looking for someone in this role for Selling Fire and Safety Engineered Industrial Solutions for Power plants, Oil and Gas Industries, Utility projects etc. Major role in marketing the client and its offers within clients and suppliers, and do all required branding activities and PQ process within key clients.
This position also has responsibility to oversee the design and estimation of these solutions in all aspects, and also overseeing the project implementation team in meeting stakeholder expectations and team performance.
Major Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through to deal close, and ongoing account management;
• With a consultative, solutions- based selling style, to build effective relationships with new customers to fully understand their requirements and needs, working in close collaboration with the teams to embed and implement client solutions successfully;
• Proactively deliver our strategy for revenue and margin growth in the Fire & Safety Markets across Sultanate of Oman within all verticals, especially Industrial and O&G Industry. Also to work on other verticals for Commercial and Corporate;
• Deliver sales revenues from new customers. This will include creating, maintaining and executing strategic account and opportunity plans to ensure structured development and an organized approach;
• Ability to develop pipelines through strategic and targeted planning;
• Generate, manage and close new business wins from within our target markets;
• Meet and exceed agreed monthly and annual margin and order intake targets;
• To prepare and present Technical Presentations and Solutions offering, liaise with OEMs;
• To build the supplier base and making best deals for projects and having healthy relations with manufacturers, and to ensure partner levels;
• Work with the Services and Project teams to develop robust client solutions and managed services propositions;
• Manage all customer engagement, solutions definition, bid negotiation, pricing and closure activity;
• Receivables are collected for the successful projects. Statutory compliance;
• Responsible for QHSE which is 100% mandatory for this position as per ISO procedures and set standards;
• To ensure team attitude and performance;
• Relationship management with Team/ consultants / Clients / Suppliers;
• Maintain profitability and increase the efficiency;
