Key Accountabilities
1. Availability: Needs to ensure that 98% plus availability are maintained for the top 500 sku’s from CME Portfolio.
2. Inventory Days seeks to minimize inventory days of supply in order to reduce the risks of excess and obsolete inventory.
3. NPI both Expiries and NPI’s should be minimized to less than tolerance rate.
Job Content
• Monitor and manage the inventory on regular basis for the locally sourced products.
• Ensure optimum stock coverage on all range of SKUs.
• Generating supplier wise order inventory plans, PO and Coordinating with suppliers on continuous basis.
• Checking and follow up of delivery status from suppliers.
• Coordinating with Operations and Posting Purchases in the system.
• Coordinating with other depts. such as finance, operations, logistics, & stores.
• Ensuring stock availability (transfer order from other sites) - part of the team.
• Co-operate with all members of the team and other functions as required to ensure proactive internal.
• communications and effective teamwork.
• Perform other tasks as required by Chef Middle East management.
